We’re quietly confident you’ll love your Ritual gear, but in case you don’t, we offer a full 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Basically, if you’re not happy with your item (and it’s still “as new”) just send it back to us within 60 days. We’ll either exchange the item or offer a full refund – it’s up to you.

Online returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through Ritualhockey.com. If you bought your item through one of our retail partners, please contact their store directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
We offer a 6-month warranty on all Ritual sticks, bags and gloves, plus a 12-month warranty on Ritual shinguards. Trust us, you probably won’t need it. All Ritual products are crafted to extremely high standards, but if you do notice a defect, let us know. We’ll assess the problem and determine if it’s covered under the warranty. If you’re covered, we’ll repair or replace the item, free of charge.
Please note, we can’t cover items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term use. The Ritual warranty only extends to manufacturing faults or defects.

How To Make a Return / Warranty Claim
- Returns are easy – fill out this returns form.
- Print and enter your purchase details. If you're claiming a faulty or damaged product, please email us a good-quality photo before returning the product (we'll need to approve it first). Email your photo to email@example.com.
- After you have heard back from a Ritual team member repackage your item in the original packaging (where possible), and enclose a copy of your returns form. If your order was sent with any free extras, please keep those as a gift.
- Post the package back to the following address (according to your location).

- When we receive your return, we'll aim to process it within 7 working days. The purchase price will be refunded directly to the card you originally used.
- For international returns - Ritual will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. Don't forget to mark all packages with “Goods returned under warranty" and a value of $0.
- If you have any questions about the progress of your return, just email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was returned to, the name of the sender, and the item's tracking number (if applicable).
